This exhibition explores Mecca as the spiritual centre of Islam, with a focus on the sacred rituals of Hajj and Umrah, observed by millions of Muslims worldwide—especially significant during the holy month of Ramadan.

At its heart is a detailed model of the Ka‘ba, highlighting its defining elements, including the golden door engraved with Qur’anic verses and the black silk Kiswa, embroidered with the Shahada and renewed annually.

The exhibition also features a replica of an early Qur’an from the Topkapi Palace Museum in Istanbul, renowned for its distinctive layout and exquisite Thuluth and Naskh calligraphy by the Turkish master Ahmad Qora al-Husari.
